For the price paid. it was poor value.

The room did not present as advertised. The transfer of noise from adjoining rooms was always apparent. The room was not cleaned to a satisfactory standard.

Bit overpriced for what you get

Size of room was good.

Poor organisation for check-in. Arrived at 7:30pm, key was supposed to be in locked box at entrance. Our key wasn't there. After hrs gentleman was called to let us in and gave us our room key. However, then informed us that our room hadn't been cleaned yet so would have to give us a different room. Waiting, waiting.... Room was fine, but had big crack in bedroom window, portable air-con. Whole place felt very old for the price and for a renovated room, it was very budget, for example, bath removed but taps still in the wall Good location but next time I'd pay the extra money to stay somewhere nicer and a bit more modern.

We enjoyed the accommodation and would stay again.

Location to beach, shops and public transport.

Overall room was very good - a couple of small improvements could be more hanging space in bathroom (hooks...) and little things like a box of tissues by the bed is always a lovely touch.

Despite the criticism we did have a good time and would stay again . Be good if some stuff could be sorted though

Apartment in need of tlc. Bathroom good though. View awesome. Tiled floor dirty , had been cleaned but I guess with dirty mop . Main bedroom mattress poor quality. Only one sofa in lounge for 4 people ! Plus old and tired . Minimal kitchen ware.

Friendly staff unbeatable location

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff in an unbeatable location. 2 minute walk to the beach and shops as well as all of the bars and restaurants of Broadbeach. We loved hiring bikes and cycling along the coastal path!

A little dated and well worn but acceptable for the location.
