Superb

Bed was very comfy and clean. Location was great, very central! Bathroom was nice and they had nice White Company bathroom products too.

It was pretty noisy at night being next to a rowdy pub but it really didn't bother us.

Great room

Big room and bath, clean, large window and window seat, toiletries. Good location.

Single glazed windows, thumps from room above but you can't help that! Noisy air con/heater that made intermittent shudders all night.

Friendly and central

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, good tea selection in the room and a little packet of biscuits. We were on floor 3 and we didnt experience any noise. Plenty of space with a chair and desk in the room. TV has Netflix which is really nice. Location is good, very central.

The bathroom fan was loud and constantly on- although there was a note to say you could ask for it to be turned off, I didnt notice it until I was in bed and it was very late so I didnt bother and still managed to sleep fine. I couldnt find the hairdryer! There was no liquid hand soap, only a bar- I had to buy my own. I thought this was unusual as Ive never been to a hotel that didnt have it! Maybe not a disadvantage for everyone but I dont feel as hygienic with bar soap.
