It was a great stay however the price of the room was a little pricey.

The swimming pool is great for the kids. my son would swim safely and the swimming pool flooring is not slippery for the senior citizen or children to walk around in the pool. The balcony was great with the sofa. Our kids enjoy the view and the aesthetically design building and the pool.

my children woke up with little small red bites on their foot that looks like blisters. At first they informed it was painful then eventually it became itchy. Do kindly look into the beds and the cleanliness of the sofa and the bed. The check in was not efficient as we already came in after 3 around 4pm onwards when we reach the hotel but the reception told us room was not ready and he has to place us different floors and not side by side. Hopefully, pan pacific will look into the seamless check-in and have rooms book under the same name to be side by side.

Actually we enjoy At Hote Jen Buffet ..they had wonderful Cusines .FANTASTIC BUFFET AND SERVICE

upon Checking we ask Buffet is Hallal or not Staff said its Halal but when we came to the room want to order some Alacat food. but it's not mention Halal, so we call the Line and ask the Buffet is Halal or not Lady staff said They don't have Halal food in the Hotel. And she just cut the Line, we went the Morning Buffet see the cuisines when we enter ask the Indian male staff Buffet Receptionist is this Halal or not, he just said NO and ignore us. so we decided to go for our Breakfast and Dinner Buffet at Hotel Jen 2days, TO BE HOUNEST WE ENJOY AT HOTE JEN AND JUST ONLY SLEEP AT PANPACIFIC...NOT WORTH...

One of the best hotels in Singapore

The room is so clean and excellent service offered by the staff. From the driveway up to the delivering of the luggage to the room. Except for the staff in the pool area. Not as friendly as the other staff. The room service is also excellent! I love the structure of the hotel itself and the rooms view.

Tv has no netflix or disney channel for the kids
