Friendly and helpful team with a great location and facility.

Staff are so helpful and Ryan and Eds team is responding promptly to my question. Theyre super welcoming and informative, communicating via WhatsApp is straightforward. Great location, very closed to two major MRT stations and walking distance to downtown and the Bayfront, super great location for the firework even.

The room we stayed in was a bit stuffy as it located at the corner near a busy street full of restaurants, we can always smell the cooking oil especially in the weekend

Exactly as advertised

The room was very clean, cosy and well equipped. The location is very convenient to discover the city, and there are a lot of places (more or less touristy) to have drinks and good food in the area. The check-in is not in person, but I had a problem and someone was onsite within a minute. There is always someone in touch with you to provide help. The whole concept works really well I think, and in my opinion the people managing the hotel pay a lot of attention to details. Thanks for a great stay!

It is indeed a bit noisy at night (you can hear some bass sounds from the street until 3PM most nights), but that was not a surprise, and it's nothing some earplugs can't solve.

The staff were very responsive over WhatsApp. Wifi was reliable and fast enough throughout the entire stay. Lots of appliances in the room: fridge, microwave, kettle, TV (though a bit older one). Free laundry with shared washer/dryers. There was also a cooktop and pots/pans though I didn't use them. The curtains were quite effective at blocking out the light.

The bathroom was a bit cramped and the shower tended to fling water everywhere. Toilet flush was pretty weak. Digital key access only - make sure you have your phone! Also I had some trouble getting the key to work at first. Also this is well documented, but the area is indeed quite noisy at night until ~3am.

The modern service apartment exceeded expectations with its luxurious rooms and outstanding amenities. Conveniently located near the MRT and major tourist attractions, the property offers both comfort and accessibility. The flexibility of early check-in, granted upon request, and the complimentary luggage storage facility added to the overall convenience of my visit. Very easy and convenient check-in service via phone. Detailed instructions were shared by the team prior to checking in. A major highlight was the breathtaking view of Boat Quay and the Singapore River from the rooftop terrace, providing a magical backdrop to unwind. Special shout out to the team (Irean, Ryan, Loc, Ed and Divina) for helping us throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

noise from outside (loud music from restaurants at the Boat Quay) but this is something that the hotel already mentioned everywhere (at the booking , on their website and on their hotel-site, etc.)

We stayed for 8 nights at the Heritage Collection on Boat Quay - South Bridge Wing

We are an older couple and not that tech savvy, but the lovely Ryan sorted out our problems with the keyless doors that nobody else has problems with. The crew at Heritage went above and beyond for us, we will obviously choose them again next time we are in Singapore. Everything was so easy to get to from the accom location, so much food, so many free tourist attractions nearby (parks, galleries, museums etc are just a short walk) and the views from the waterside of the building from the bar & restaurant on level 5 are 1st class

Amazing. Finally found our home in Singapore.

Incredible city view of Boat Quay, MBS, Fullerton, among others (premium room). Free use of laundry facilities and laundry detergent is provided. The room had so much space (we were 2 pax with 3 large luggages and a cabin bag. We did a lot of shopping so paper bags were everywherebut there was still so much space. I appreciate the underbed storage as well). There was a kitchenette with refrigerator, basic cooking equipment, microwave, and toaster. An ironing board and countless wooden hangers are provided in a spacious closet. Room and bathroom were clean. Sheets and towels were white and fresh (no funky hotel smell!) The a/c works well and it made our stay so comfortable, beating the SG heat. TV had Apple TV with apps so you can login to your own acc and watch. You definitely get more for what you pay for. Will not hesitate to book here again! This is SO MUCH BETTER than HIE and other hotels in the same price range. Thank you Irean, Ryan, Loc, Kim, and Divina for always being there and being only a Whatsapp message away. Easy check in and check out process. Exceptional service. Honestly better than most hotels weve stayed at. Also hello to the nice uncle in charge at 7/11 beside the property!

Absolutely nothing! But please note if you are a light sleeper: there are bars surrounding the property (and on the rooftop) and you can definitely hear the faint bass booming at night. But as heavy sleepers, this did not bother us at all. The room was too comfy we didnt care LOL!
