Those not tried here, go with Hennan once including ground , sea transport & feel the difference

Hennan - you set the bar high at a different level. Exceptional service from ground transfer to accommodation. Smiling staff, rapid service, well set reception, house keeping, excellent food, great beach front, lots of fun ! Worth every cent!

Not the same hennan i thought henanna brend hotel has same quility but it was not the location was far from the center so it's quiet which was good for me

The pool was not clear, most staff were really nice But the male staff who in charge of my check out was very rude and didn't do the work on time All this was because there was one shower tower missing. So I asked him to go my roon and check with me and he kept ignoring me and pretending he was talking on the phone. Then another staff finally step in went to my room with me, checked that there were all the towels, and even took a picture of it, and he let me go.he kept me and my pick up service driver waiting for more than half an hour and in the end the driver was angry and informed me that he couldn't wait any longer and was leaving. There was no a word of apology untill i left the hotel i can't belive how this can happen in a 5star hotel

Destroy our vacation

Front of the beach

The hotel is separated from the two and to go to the pool or the reception you have to cross the main road. We had cockroaches in the room and even though we killed some and cleaned them the cleaners did not inform the reception. The next day the problem continued and we went to the reception and they changed our room but on the first floor and not on the ground floor we had booked with access to the pool.
