Satisfied except for breakfast.

Love the facilities especially our room because we booked the Premiere Double with Pool Access. It was superb.

If you're staying long, breakfast in this hotel isn't quite exciting because it offers almost the same every day.

The staff was exceptionally nice, helpful and courteous

Location, as soon as you step out off property , you get approached immediately with people selling excursions, merchandise. We came to Boracay to relax but again , people waiting outside the resort to meet you selling their stuff. People followed us to the beach and keep selling their merchandise or excursions even though we said no. I would definitely pick a resort away from this next time. Food at Sapphire buffett was just ok but the room service food are so good!

A great stay overall

I will make my review as short and comprehensive as possible: Receptionists - meh, I did not feel welcome. They just wanted to get rid of you as fast as possible. They are more focused on entertaining foreigners than locals. They are on a thin line as being racist. Special shoutout to the receptionist (when we checked out on 9/20 around 9:45 am, 1st counter on the left facing the counter), I asked for bottled water because I was not feeling well and I needed to take my medicine, and the response I get was we do not have water even though I reiterated that I am willing to pay. I was taken aback as I think asking for water is not a hard thing to do and I am not asking for too much. Take note there is no queue and the lobby is not busy. However, such actions reflect how they treat the locals and their lack of hospitality training. I hope this will be rectified. Mind me, I availed your expensive room for 4 nights, the least thing you can do is to ensure your guests feel welcome even though they already checked out. Room - We booked a room with pool access, and it turned out to be the best decision. The amazing bathroom comes with complete amenities, and the bed is very comfortable. The water filter near our room is also a nice touch. Sapphire Restaurant has amazing food choices, I like the eggs and chicken noodle soup in the morning. Their seafood buffet at night is also to die for. I also love their happy hour in the afternoon where you can avail cocktails at a special price. Special shout out to Jerlyn, Zie, and Maila (I hope I get your name right) for being hospitable, for being polite, for taking care of us, and for being an amazing people. Skyview Pool I cannot reiterate how enjoyable their skyview pool is. We ended up ordering most of their cocktails. Special shout out to Jeryln again for making one the best Mojito I ever tasted, good job! I am sharing my appreciation as well to Jom and Chin (the cashier) for being so professional.
