Poor

TERRIBLE. Should NOT be called an Inn.

I was out without hearing for 1 night, it was 47 degrees in the room that night. I was unable to sleep and subsequently got sick, when I called they werent able to get anyone to come in till the next evening. The noise from the streets was unbearable. Why would anyone stay at this place rather than a hostel. There is no sink in the SHARED bathroom, which is so unsanitary. There are ants in the room. The shower has SCALDING hot water. Stay away from this place, stay at a hostel instead, I should have listened to the bad reviews.

I liked the location, especially the neighborhood.

The inexistent service desk, as I have never received the check-in email and no one ever gave me the Wi-Fi details to login.

Passable

It took an hour to get into my room, door codes missing until I made multiple calls.

The bed was very comfortable, the sheets very clean and the bed well-made. Good maid service.

The carpet was quite stained and looked dirty.

Superb

Great! but be mindful of warm weather

All was great except..............

The room was on a corner on an upper floor. It had no air conditioning. It was uncharacteristically 82f in San Francisco that day. Even using the fans and opening the windows ( which made the sound level in the room quite loud due to the traffic on the street below) the room was too warm to sleep in comfortably. Not a fault of the inn but before booking again I would want to look at the weather and only book a cancellable reservation if I was booking well in advance.

Very poor

Not worth staying - not well maintained.

Lights in the hallway were blinking, it was too dark to walk! Had to take the phone for torch to go to the toilet. Not a good experience at all.

It was my big mistake

Location

It was the very first time in my life to live in the hotel without toilet and shower in the room. Booking.com promised to match the price but I sent two emails about it and didn't receive any answer. Hope never to buy something from this company again.
