The staffs were friendly, and always greet us . Swimming pool were awesome .

The resort offers so many facilities, you can just stay in and do a lot of things no need to go out since its location is also quite far from the centre.

The location was quite far from restaurants, shops etc

The pool was great for the family. Great size and varying depths for all. The staff were very friendly and always smiling. I told them that I am booking a stay for my son's 3rd birthday and a group of staff surprised him at the door with a cake and birthday song. Very thoughtful of them

Could have been cleaner. When we first checked in, there were dirty shoe prints on the floor in the room. Abit of an unidentified sound at night from the aircon/vents

Needs renovation in some areas. Bathroom door was cracked. No one informed us that main door just got painted and weve got paint on our hand when checking in
