Great memories, will go back again!

Literally everything!! The Harris team staff, the resort, the facilities, the buffet, the beach club! Buggy service catered for our every need when we needed it. Friendly staff that serves us all the way and beyond whenever possible! What more to ask for?

Nothing that I can nitpick on. Im totally satisfied!

It was a relaxing stay.

On Tuesday our breakfast spread was not as we expected when we previously were there. On Wednesday and Thursday it was better.

Certain activities were not available due to it not being repaired/replenished or not ready.

Need to be improved on, food and activities.

LUCKY for the last-minute request and response of changing the room. From side pool assess at level one to level 5. Thank you Trisha for your consideration to my request.

The food, I don't really like. I think from the first time I visited the place the food was ok. But this year the food taste has dropped. The fried rice is so hard that , a child could hardly eat as I am an adult, too, have difficulty to eat the rice. Was pretty upset was my dinner experience at Rock Salt Club, waiting was long I don't think it's was a full house on that day as its only Friday nite. When the fries come, it was so hard and supper crispy and over cook.the pizza was also burn at the bottom. My child was left with hunger and cranky. Why we went on Friday nite, is because on Thursday nite after the swim when we order our food there it was OK my child likes the fries and chicken wings. That's why we return back on Friday nite, but end up very disappointed. If I were to compare my experience I think my stay and food at harris waterfront is much much better than berelang. The activity there were also run down, so not the best experience that I have like before. As an ASR member I think Harris Berelang need some improvement in their hospitality as well.
