Nice hotel stay at a convenient location

The hotel is situated strategically next to the ferry terminal and very close to the Mega Mall shopping center. There are plenty of taxis to bring travellers to other parts of Batam as well. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with a mini fridge, kettle, hair dryer and smart TV with cable channels and even YouTube. Breakfast offered lots of local and international cuisine for variety and there are new dishes daily. The restaurant also provided good quality dishes for lunch and dinner too, although if you wanted cheaper alternatives, the mall is the best bet.

The rooms and furniture are dated and could use some upgrading. Our room's (515) bathroom had a bad sewerage smell throughout our stay :( We didn't complain since my spouse felt it was a structural issue that housekeeping probably couldn't resolve anyway. The shower head was adjustable and the water temperature was erratic. The walls and windows didn't provide much sound insolation so we could hear traffic and events happening outside.

Nice food and room very clean. All staff from Back and front end very friendly. Hotel Very convenient near to ferry terminal and shopping centre ( Batam Centre).
