Very clean location Professional and kind staff Amazing local and international breakfast Several choices for everything

It's just a bit expensive considering the Java's standards The SPA area is not welcoming (basement) The prices of their guides and transfers are bit expensive too

Well located and good hotel with helpful staffs

Location, staffs friendliness and helpful, breakfast, responsive and amenities in the room are great. Bed pillows are good

The room can be refurnished as it looks old in our room, especially bathroom. AC wasnt so cold and the room has mosquito. Drainage under shower wasn't working properly but they tried to fix it No gym at the time we stayed, they are building it.

Best is the free snacks in room and location just beside Malioboro street . Of course, the morning breakfast gives you many choices(buffet mode in Indonesia/Western)and is good to fill up your energy. The best thing is 24hour desk, we were check out at 4am, they also prepare the breakfast for us. (Indonesia/western/continental/sandwich)

Exceptional

Its a very beautiful hotel with a luxury feel yet a relaxed vibe. The staff is ultimately friendly and helpful. I slept well, ate well and enjoyed our swim at the pool.

Convenient location and comfy stay

The location of the hotel is very convenient, right smack on Malioboro street (easy to go anywhere). Loved the cafe on level 1, very convenient to chill there early in the morning or late at night. Bed was comfy as well and staff were very helpful (I could WhatsApp them and ask them any question anytime during my stay). Hotel is eco-friendly, no plastic bottles but there was a water dispenser right outside our door.

There was a sewage smell whenever we enter the toilet. And my bad that I didnt realise that the hotel didnt have a gym, it would be nice to have one.
