The Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya offers a great atmosphere and clean, nice rooms with beach and pool views. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for walking or taking a bus. The h (Read More)otel has outstanding service, fantastic entertainment options, and comfortable, well-appointed rooms. The pool, gym, sauna, and steam room are all impressive. The food is excellent and the cabanas by the pool are a favorite feature. Some rooms are slightly outdated, but overall it offers great value for money.

Enjoyed my stay as always

Stayed several times over the years and the Hard Rock has always been a good hotel and very clean , breakfast is plenty of choice and we ate on the tables at the front on a night a couple of times and the staff and food were excellent,

Just looks a little shabby on the exterior now and could do with a little lift to keep it within a 4/5 star residence, apart from that nothing to complain about

We had to wait almost 40 mins for our room keys. Check in is at 14:00 however we checked in at 16:30 so not sure why we waited so long Your cafe has very rude staff I booked a table for 9pm got there and they told me not available so yeah
