Parking was full and it was really overpriced because of the rugby match, the following night was around 100 cheaper.

Breakfast was ok. The fact that a supplement was required for an omelette or pancakes I felt was unreasonable. There was only sliced pan as bread choice.

We were "upgraded" to a dormer light room...but my husband at 6 ft 2 couldn't stand up in half of the room. The door to the bathroom did not meet properly to close there was a big gap in the middle. Staff were lovely and the location was very good but the room was disappointing!

Festive buzz

Fantastic location, room was impressive, loved the bed so comfortable and the size, great night's rest of peace after action packed Galway adventures. Everyone was very friendly and helpful that we encountered. Great festive buzz in the hotel itself. We unfortunately couldn't get parking in the designated place, the staff at reception were great to sort the ticket and super convenient with the public car park right beside that's the same overnight price so all was good but she was so helpful and lovely before we had even checked in.
