Excellent location very central Hotel is spotless and Steph is an excellent host, breakfast is amazing everything you could wish for and more. Great value for money this is our 3rd time here and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Would stay again. One of the best Ive stayed in

Great location. Spotlessly clean. Dcor beautiful Staff very accommodating Breakfast was gorgeous, hot and very tasty. Could have more coffee toast and juice

Quite noisy but that is guests. Could hear above room walking up and down and banging at 6am both mornings. Other rooms of girls. laughing and joking till about 12.30 1am. Think someone went to tell them to be quiet.

Best Guest house in Blackpool.

Everything, we always stay here when we go to Blackpool. Decor is lovely, breakfast is excellent, very clean and tidy and Steph is lovely, always very friendly and helpful. It's always a pleasure to stay here.
