Great location, perfect room, staff very kind and helpful

Location is great, staff and reception are incredibly friendly, room super spacious, breakfast extremely good and various

Aircon was not working during our stay, not a big issue as temperature and climate was good in that period. We didnt raise it during our stay, only at the end so we didnt give the chance to the property to fix it, so not a big issue

perfect stay in the heart of the Old Quarter

A great choice - the hotel is located right in the heart of the Old Quarter and is steps away from a wide array of charming cafs, local restaurants, lively bars, soothing spas, quaint stores, and bustling markets. There was so much to see and do! Our room was also spacious and very comfortable. Apart from that, the hotel staff is genuinely warm and attentive - we fondly remember Wendy, Jenny, and Lanh. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Hanoi!

Location fantastic for exploring Hanoi with bats and restaurants in abundance within a short walking distance. Staff friendly and helpful

The hotel is boutique style, situated in a great location for walking the streets... and staffed with a happy, helpful team. Breakfast was great. In the tick of the city but quiet once inside - a perfect spot for exploring the city. Overall great value for money.
