The rooms were super clean, the staff was exceptionally, great location.

The room was beautifully designed, very spacious, we love the high ceilings. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. The property was close to convenience, stores, 10 minutes away from downtown Napa.

For what this place is it is as good as it gets.

For this sort of chain hotel it was tops.

Nothing...the location is not ideal but HGI is still acessible to important points and locales.

Pleasant

Overall everything was great, except for my allergy attack when in the room.

The room and facility was great. Free cookies, fruit, or coffee throughout the day. Fun games.

I had severe allergies the whole time we were there. The room was extremely dusty or their was a lot of allergens. My eyes completely puffed up by the end of the trip.
