It's near everywhere. Staff are very helpful.

The bathroom needs to be thoroughly cleaned. The edges/corners have black stains.

A beautiful stay in a romantic hotel.

A superb, well appointed location central to the Old Town and places of interest and city/lake views. The hotel was very high spec, luxurious and has lost none of its slightly "old world" charm. The staff were efficient, helpful and very friendly. Our room was spacious, clean and smart and importantly, quiet. The view immediately over the lake towards the historic old town and several bridges extended to views of snow capped alpine mountains.

great location but is not the only hotel with this location .

Location is the biggest advantage , room was very small , view was to the opposite wall

Location Location Location

Perfect location, cant get any better, friendly staff. We arrived early and they were nice enough to give us one of the rooms early so we can settle in.

Room furniture and decor seems a little basic for my taste.

A modern hotel located in a historic building on the river bank in the old town of Lucerne. The room is well equipped and clean. The hotel has an excellent bar and restaurant. Rxcellent service.
