The property needs some tender love and care. It seems the rustic cabins and venue had a former glory which is no longer apparent. Our children also booked a room and vacated their room at the given time but left the key in the door. They then spent time with us in the shade of the tree in front of the cabins. At no time were we personally approached by the hosts or did they check the room/needed to clean the room. We then received a voice message from the host ordering anyone of us to come and see her in her office and to return the key and to pay an additional amount. After a few whatsups sent to and from to try and understand what the issue is, my husband went as requested, to the office, found the door locked and no one answered when he knocked. He left the key on the doorstep. Usually there is no problem if people remain on the facility with people staying longer, as long as they do not use the room, they no longer had a booking for. The children left late in the afternoon, and we left the following morning. We had no further interaction with the hosts. We travel a lot and stay in different types of accommodation all over Africa and in the world. It is the first time that we had this experience.
