Superb

I will only stay at this hotel; even signed up as a member.

My grand kids loved that lobby looked "fancy" and the fact that hotel had indoor pool. I loved that the place was clean and well maintained.

Not one complaint.

Pleasant

We booked the room for a family of 5 and the hotel did not have any cots or pull outs available for our 5th family member. My son had to sleep on the floor both nights :(

Superb

Great stay for a great value! We will definitely stay here again when passing through Amarillo.

This was our second time staying at this hotel in the past week (once on our way to vacation and once a week later on the way home). Our first visit, we had a few minor issues, this time we had a GREAT experience! Our room was great and my family enjoyed the breakfast. We also used the pool and the fitness center and were pleased with both. Really a great value for the price!

The elevator was a little tight when we were trying to get our cart upstairs, but other than that, everything was great!

It is a decent hotel - not terrible, but there were definitely some areas that could be improved.

The staff we interacted with were all very nice. The check-in and check-out were very easy. I used the fitness center and was happy that it had free weights available.

They ran out of food for breakfast about 15-20 minutes before the end of the breakfast time. Also, the only fruit available was very old oranges that were ALL moldy. Our bathroom had a toilet that ran and a faucet that leaked badly. I did let the staff know about the faucet. One of my pillowcases had bright pink lipstick marks on it when we arrived, so I had some concerns about the cleanliness of my bed.

Fine

All was well but when I got to the hotel, they did not have my booking.com reservation. I wasnt expecting to get there until 0200-0300 as per my reservation with Booking.com. I was glad that still had a room. However, I was double billed because if this- once by Booking.com and once by Fairfield.

Very good

We booked the rooms just for a quick night's sleep. Would not have worked for me for a longer stay.

Staff was very pleasant.

The rooms are pretty outdated, which I expected. The gym area has a very strong moldy smell so I couldn't use it. The breakfast was blah. Very limited options, not even simple scrambled eggs (egg sandwich or omelet). Waffle maker timer was not working so waffles were burning. One small elevator that sounds like it needs serious maintenance.
