Very good

Room was very clean.

Breakfast would have benefited from extra staff to keep things topped up and tables cleared. A towel warmer in the bathroom would have saved having to replace towels on a daily basis.

Great Pit Stop location

We only stayed the one night (Christms Eve) and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The Hotel itself was very clean and they even had a 24/7 snack list for people who were a bit peckish during the night. The Breakfast was so good, i was so impressed with the make your own waffles! Lots of variety for breakfast also. Just be aware there is no parking on site so you need to arrange parking in advance with the Q-park (we parked at Q-park shambles) and was less than a 5minute walk. You get a discount code from Hilton for the car park as well.

Pretty good but room for improvement.

Location was fantastic and close to all amenities. The breakfast was varied and very tasty.

Unfortunately, on arrival we were given the key to a room which was already occupied. We had to go back to reception and get allocated another room. In about half an hour of us being in the room, another couple came into the room and obviously been given the wrong key as well which made us nervous for the rest of the day if anyone else was going to come in! Just spoiled the trip a little bit as it felt like the hotel was a bit unorganised, which is why I cant give it more than 7 out of 10.

Smell of fry breakfast in the room in the morning. Busy breakfast, not enough staff to clean up.

Great location. Terrible breakfast. Staff need to be friendlier

Location and room was good.

Receptionist needed better communication skills. Breakfast was a disgrace. No system. No fluidity as everyone was bumping in to each other. No coffee at times as only one machine worked. Bacon was as if it was reheated from previous day. Very poor. Will not be staying again.
