Nice hotel in good location

The staff were quite nice and very helpful. The hotel is in a good location not too far from the Albert Docks and local tourist attractions. The brunch was fantastic but can get a bit crowded at times but there was ample seating. There is also a lovely gym for you to workout in but it is a bit small. The staff was also very nice and gave my girlfriend an ice-pack after she sprained her ankle.

Our room had a small issue with the drain plug in the sink being stuck, the staff were very helpful and sent someone straight away and even offered to change our rooms(the hotel was full up though so this didn't happen, not too big an issue).

Does not take cash. I dont agree that companies/hotels etc refuse cash. We choose to drink at other places out of principle.

Lovely Hampton.

Staff we're amazing, they went above and beyond for us.

The breakfast wasn't the best. There is not much variety of the hot selection and not great quality. Our room was great, but the view was a little disappointing considering we had a river view room.

Close to the city centre

At 9.40am there was no eggs, no waffers, no ham, no cornflakes. There were 3 slices of cheese, 4 crossaints, beans, sausages and few slices of glutenfree bread. We managed to grab 1 croissant each and was told by one of the staff member that I can eat sausages and becon- which I don't generally eat. So we had to speed up our check in and go to get breakfast in the city as were hungry. Very dissappointing.
