Poor

Horrible location, I would not recommend Bocagrande generally as there is nothing to do there and the beach is really bad. Better to stay in historical centre.

I recently stayed at the hotel and experienced significant water pressure issues in room 1501, necessitating multiple calls to reception for three days. Despite our request for a room change, it only happened when we decided to leave, and we had to wait for an hour. The new room had a noisy air conditioner, making it challenging to sleep, although the water pressure was finally satisfactory. The overall hotel facilities were quite dated, and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast lacked variety, and the available options weren't appetizing, often cold and poorly prepared. In summary, the experience did not meet the expectations one would have for a Hilton hotel.
