Do not book this hotel!

The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and fortunately they seemed aware of the property's shortfalls and tried to help as much as possible.

When we arrived at the hotel, the option was either pay the entire bill upfront or have the desk hold your passport until check-out, which seems very sketchy (we didn't encounter that practice at any other hotel we stayed at in Vietnam). We chose to pay upfront since we were only there for 2 nights, but our friends had to pay upfront for 5 nights and ended up needing a refund since the hotel was not clean and facilities not working, they ended up moving to another hotel on the 2nd night. Our room was on the 3rd floor and I think it may have been the smoking floor at one point because the whole floor smelled (even though there were "no smoking" signs in the room). We tried to use the safe for our passports and it would not unlock after we locked our passports in it, so we had to wait for the staff to bring a key to open it. The double bed room is much smaller than it seems in the photos, and the shower did not drain very well so water would back up into the bathroom floor if you were in there too long. Also there is only one elevator for 11 floors and it is incredibly slow, luckily we were on the 3rd floor so we just used the staircase instead.

The location is quite good. The rooms are comfortable and have a good sea view.

We had issues with the breakfast as there werent many options for vegetarians and also issue with the room as the bathtub did not have a screen/ door and the water would sprinkle on the floor of the washroom making the whole washroom wet and hard to clean.

Location was good.

Breakfast while a buffet was 95% vegetarian as they cater for a large Indian clientele. The room was dark even during the day as the window was tiny so there was little or no natural light. The bed was two beds pushed together as one king size bed. The hotel insisted on charging us one more extra day fee even we told the hotel we need to check out one more day earlier after we stayed for three nights. It was the worst experience of the whole trip in Vietnam.

Staff are very helpful! Breakfast is traditional vietnamese + western. We booked small double with window, petite but comfortable. Very close to the beach with walking distance and many supermarket nearby so it is convenient.

Smelly hotel

Staff speak English and very helpful. Location fairly good. Beds are comfortable. Has small fridge and aircon works normal. Sauna and rooftop pool good condition.

Room a bit small and old fashioned. Worse was a bad smell in the room. They moved us up 2 floors but that room had some smell too, not sure where coming from. The staff at breakfast are a bit overzealous and dont give us personal space to relax by ourselves when eating. Shower seems to fluctuate between boiling hot and cold hard to keep stable temp. Only one key given instead of two. Laundry service much too expensive and charge per item instead of kg. Breakfast limited with fries being unusual offering for breakfast and only 2 type drink each day.

Fantastic Hotel

Excellent hotel lovely and clean comfy beds nice bathroom it was such good value for the price we paid. Breakfast was varied and staff were extremely friendly. Great location one street back from the beach. Highly recommend.
