Comfy, easy to deal with.

We were able to take our cat as we were travelling up from the South Island to the North Island to take her to the airport cattery before emigrating abroad. The beds were super comfy, the room was clean, the staff were friendly and accommodating, the location was fairly good, but we drove so it was easy for us to get around.

There were some noisy neighbours, this is not in the owners power I know but just to be aware of this that earplugs may be a good idea!

Comfortable room in a lovely location

Lovely location, spacious and comfortable room. Very clean and tidy.

There was very little negative. The shower in our room had quite a high step down to the floor - might be hard for elderly or disabled people

It was close to marina and had a lovely view and we were allowed to have our dog there

No air con only 2 fans and the power points were far away from us

Location, nice room size, cleanliness

The kitchen and bathroom smelt of damp. The driveway was stoney and I couldnt use my mobility walker unless I walked across the front of others units to get to grassy areas and then out to pavement

Exceptional

Exceed expectations based on previous ratings.

Super close to the marina and short walk to the beach. Incredibly convenient. Shops, bars and eateries so close. The staff are super relaxed and friendly. So rare to have a dog friendly place too. Didnt realise it had a laundry and was really handy. Must have recently done some refurbishments, parts were more modern and newer than expected.

The original doors are a bit old and stiff.
