Good

Would totally recommend for a short stay.

Very nice room with river view. Hotel is walking distance from city center and bar district. The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentative and made our stay great.

Lights did not really work.

My experience over all was really Bad From Service to the room itself

The Hotel in generell is located in a good Place in Rotterdam and centrel.

The room i booked was given to somebody Else and the Hotel wanted to give me the Money difference back for the room i got. in Exchange. To this day i have Not got any Money back at all and my Bank Details where Written down but nothing happend.

Rooms are very cold and very very dirty and dusty The aircontioner was very old and workng noisy The rooms doesn have and window, so there is no clean air in the room I never recommend it to anyone

Okay but staff nember unexpectedly burst in to room early in morning without warning.

Central location.

Room and particularly bathroom were cold. Noise from street. Very annoyed that a member of staff just burst in to my room early in morning when I was still in bed. No knock on door. Had opted for no housekeeping so I should not have been disturbed in any case. Fairly basic room. Expensive for what it is.

Very good

Quiet and comfortable. Very central.

Breakfast limited and expensive... I was told I could have a courtesy drink at the bar, I had a beer. When I checked out I had to pay for the beer as beer wasn't included. I definitely wasn't told that. Very weird.

Very good

It is a short walk from station Blakk. Breakfast was good. The room was one of the upper rooms, so had direct access to the outside.(if you are concerned about security; then I would ask for an inside room). There was a small heater to heat the room which worked well to heat the space.

Exceptional

An excellent stay. Highly recommend it.

Excellent location for city centre. Excellent breakfast.

25 minute walk/taxi journey from Central Railway Station. Room was a little impractical as unable to use table and chairs. I had upgraded room but original room was better. Rooms on lower deck are better
