Superb

Modern hotel right next to the U-Bahn

Modern room. There is a small balcony. The mattress and pillow were comfortable - I slept well. A big plus is the separation of the bathroom and toilet. I didn't want to get out of the shower :) Wifi worked well. Breakfast was sufficient, but there were few (or almost no) hot dishes. There are disposable cups and you can finish your coffee in your room. Luggage storage is well organized: the room is located behind the reception, it is locked and luggage tags are issued. The location is also very convenient: the U-Bahn (metro) entrance is 30 meters from the hotel entrance (in 15 minutes you are at Marienplatz).

The beds in the room are two-level. Therefore you need to be very careful. I hit my head on the top bed several times while taking things from the bottom one. I got a bed on the second level. During the night I hit my foot on the ceiling several times. One of the electric points didn't work in the room.

Poor

Good and bad.

Very good location in terms of subway conncection although far away from city center. Room is clean. Facility is modern.

No flexibility of the staff and poor communication in terms of the customer concern. The bunk bed has loose screws, the material of stairs is poor, brings life risk. The sofa bed's border cushions aren't fixed!? No way to lean on them.

Superb

A super place to stay to explore Munich

The hotel is very cool. The quad room has been thoughtfully designed with bunks, a table and seating area, and an excellent shower room and separate toilet. The underground station is right out the front of the hotel which is very handy! The restaurant was yum and breakfast was beautiful.

New Hotel, Underground Parking, Excellent location, Friendly Reception Staff, Friendly Restaurant Staff (excellent service was provided by both Reception Staff and Restaurant Staff).

I will never go back there. if you have kids, you better stay somewhere else.

Location was good in front of the Metro station and in nice area. No much facilities around thu.

- Comfort: I do understand that it is bunk beds but the mattress and pillow are cheap quality and totally not comfortable. - Cleanness: the house keeping is outsourced by the hotel and obvious that they are very bad. The beddings were not replaced during the 5-night stay, eventhu they were dirty. the toilet was not properly cleaned in daily basis. - Restaurant: avoid going there in holiday season. the line for the breakfast was reaching the hotel entrance!! they dont have capacity for big volume. - Facilities: there is no facilities in the hotel. No lobby to chill-out. the washing machine are located in adjacent hotel. Parking is limited. what else left? a hotel means comfort, cleanness and facilities .. non can be witnessed in this property.

Amazing location just in front of the the metro line.

The breakfast time gets very hectic and the breakfast area needs a proper instructions so that people queue up, dont interrupt each other, make a mess.

Nice budget hotel but AC systems need to be improved

Location is great as soon as you come out of the train station the hotel entrance is just less than a minute away. The restaurant was very handy. Its where we had breakfast and sometimes dinner. The price was very good per stay and the size of the room was great

We went during winter time and the heating was a bit too hot. Especially if youre sleeping on the top bunk I was roasting up there. The air conditioning would switch off from time to time so it wasnt that comfortable during the night. Their thermostat was so annoying to fiddle around with. If youre staying in the rooms with bunk beds, I wouldnt recommend staying there for more than 3 nights. We also had to change a room because of 1 live bed bug we found and 2 more dead ones.

Good

Location was perfect .Subway was in front of the hotel. Room was very clean and bad was comfortable.

Oh, I do not like to stay in a line and wait to go and have a breakfast. Moreover, the line was not orderly, and overlapped with the lines of people waiting to enter the elevator (and people exiting the elevator), and the line of people waiting to check in or receive help from front desks. Too much congestion and rudeness of people movement through a small space in the morning.
