everything aside from location. rooms are too hot, airconditioning doesnt do much in the rooms. key pick up and drop off is such a hustle. poor amenities. book this accommodation via booking.com but it turned out this is airbnb.

Location wise it was great

Upon walking into the apartment there was an odd smell that would not go away and just linger, it was so strong that it would cause a headache. The place was not properly cleaned, the floors were visibly dirty, making your feet turn black if walking barefoot, the bedsheets/pillows/bed were clearly not cleaned properly as there were stains and my friend who has sensitive skin was constantly itchy and also gave her rashes. In one of our rooms the light on the ceiling was not in properly and just hanging from the ceiling, leaving a hole in the wall. Overall, would not come back here again as the price we paid was not worth

Awesome apartment in a fantastic location

The apartment is in a fantastic location, with incredible views over the heart of Surfers and the ocean. It is large, comfortable, airy and modern and a very enjoyable space for a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teens). We also received an early check-in which was perfect for us and very good of the rental agent (Gold Coast Luxury Resorts) to arrange.

The apartment itself was absolutely superb (could do with a bluetooth soundbar or similar), but the only issues we had were with the rental agency's (Gold Coast Luxury Resorts) pre-trip check-in process (software was poor and wouldn't allow me to complete the check-in) and the fact that the actual check-in requires a 10 minute trip by car to the agency's office to collect the keys, there really needs to be a better/easier method.

Excellent, will do it again in future.

Location was superb, right in the middle of Surfers Paradise. Hence walking distance to almost everything. The views were fantastic. We still had a partial ocean view which was a bonus since we paid for a city view room. Tram station is about 50 metres away from the lifts at ground floor, beach about 350 metres away. We also had a variety of choices for good restaurants in just within 300metres radius.

Water pressure sometime was not high enough. I believe this can be improved.

Once we were there it was great. Getting in and out a bit of a drama.

Location was great. Easy to find. Close to everything we wanted.

Checking in was a bad experience. Had to collect from a different address and the business was closed. Waited over 40 mins. Returning the keys also not a great experience. The access to building locks at 8pm and it is annoying to have to access the building in a round about way.
