Fantastic Stay

We liked that it was in the heart of surfers paradise. Walking distance to shops and beach. Also great that parking was included

Noise, although expected if staying in the city. Elevators are also quite small and can be waiting a while during check out times and around dinner times

uncomfortable bedding as these are very old beds it beds that I would throw away not let people slee

for the price the qualities does not meet the price and demand for the reputation of the Hilton. Welcome accessories does not meet towels are old, the ensuite soap holder have strap to hold this does not comply with the Australian standard for the hilton

Good location Nice view Not facing the beach but still not bad We all had food outside (good balcony) Good facility to share with Hilton Hotel

Kitchen equipments are so dirty, hard to cook with that. Glad I brought on my own (especially frypan). Sofa bed is terrible (uncomfortable). Definitely not good for three people (rather to have two bedroom option which was not available). They gave one single key for three people (it was my first time getting single key for the room) haha. And what Ive found? There was another set of key in the room (i guess the cleaner left behind). We just used well during the stay and returned.

They didn't give us the room we booked, and it took us 3 hours to find parking - We still end up with parking somewhere else on the first day. THERE WAS NO PARKING! I ask if we need to book a parking space in advance they said no need. It wasted lots of our time.

Very good

Beautiful but not without tiny blemishes

The view is what sells the place for sure. It's definitely big enough for the 9 people that we had. The positioning was great, close and within walking distance to everything.

It's going to seem like I didn't like it but it's not true. There are just a lot of things that need discussing. Not technically relevant - parking is horrendous, if you have to bring more than 2 cars, you're out of luck. That's if you can find a park in the rabbit warren of a car park anyway. Whilst the unit is beautiful, once you live in it for a minute, you notice it's tired. It needs some paint, it needs a fix on places. Door handles are wobbly, the laundry cupboard is off its rail etc. For a unit boasting 4 bedrooms and 11 sleepers the kitchen is terribly stocked. The unit we were in had 700 plates, 4 bowls, 4 frying pans but only one saucepan. Nothing was together and everything was all a bit chaotic. It looked like nobody had checked the apartment properly for a while. Having said all that it really was amazing. None of this ruined the experience - it was just little niggling annoyances.
