Pleasant

The location is within the city center with easy access to trams and buses. Close to the grocery and a few restaurants. I felt the place was very safe at night but busy during the day.

Hope the front desk staff smiles more often.

Very good location, close to the main train station. Delicious breakfast. Helpful and very kind staff. Cute surprise with Christmas treats in front of the door :)

Good price-performance ratio

Overall clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was good. Hotel is near the city centre and there is tram station is right infront of the hotel.

Windows was not soundproof and we heard the road noise through the closed windows. Bathroom door was really heavy and they couldn't stay open (door was auto-closing).

For the Europe its the best kind of hotel.

The best place to stay for that price. 15-20mins to walk to the train station (we arrived by the train) 30 mins to walk to the mall and the reihstag The supermarket is next door to the hotel. 5 mins to walk to the underground. We had early check-in for free Room was very clean.

Perfect Location & Super nice staff

The hotel is located close to the city center and if you are traveling by car is perfect because they have their own garage. Main transport facilities just a few steps from the hotel. Breakfast is delicious with a lot of different choices. All staff friendly and helpful

Not their fault, but the rooms in front are bit noisy because of the traffic

good but not pleasant for my guests

room , bathroom not heated , air condition was adjusted at cooled ,, location was very good , at center breakfast crowded restaurant and limited food variety reception is very very small ,, also they took amount for guarantee i could not understand for what reason ,, ,, also i was payed all amount through booking online payment

rooms facilities for disabled was amazing and very nice
