Location and cleanliness and helping and supporting nature of staff . They help us to carry our luggage to room. Really next time if visit Guwahati love to stay here again if possible.

Great value for money and good location. Recommend.

Great location. Close to restaurants and right near the planetarium. Right opposite a lake full of geese. Right near great bakeries. Beds were comfortable, very bouncy. Good shower. Food available and quite good. Very good value for money.

Good value, can get noisy

Its cheap and not too shabby. Hot water works once you turn on the boiler (which was not the case at every place Ive stayed). Rooms are fairly clean. Good location with shops, restaurants and some sights in walking distance. Laundry is possible at extra cost.

Property was difficult to find, there was no sign outside. Theres a lot of nose and even earplugs couldnt eliminate all of it. Noise from kitchen when staff cooks, noise from common area where people eat and chat till 11pm, geese from adjacent pond honking through the night, street dogs fighting, cars honking not suitable for a light sleeper.
