Above expectation

We received a five star welcome to this characterful B&B with lots of helpful interaction from hosts, Fiona and Trevor and the most delicious, homemade breakfast. We were even treated to a last night barbeque and transported to our next accommodation! Very relaxing.

Included breakfast was very very good. A great variety of foods on offer and lovely to sit around a shared kitchen enjoying the company and conversations with the host and other guests. The bathroom was very big and contained many helpful products such as body wash, shampoo and even Epsom salts for a bath! Lovely home & Christmas decorations.

It was a super hot day, it would have been nice to have the air conditioning already going when we arrived to our room as it was quite hot & stuffy. The driveway into the property is hard to spot and fast to come upon, it would be good if there was signage on the street to indicate where the driveway is. It would be nice to have a TV in the bedroom for the option of some quiet down time rather than having to share a common lounge area.

Would recommend.

Friendly hosts. Fiona made the best muffins which she sent us off with when we left. Trevor and Fiona were so helpful regarding all aspects of our stay. The house is stunning.

Some traffic noise but this didnt detract from the lovely experience we had during our stay.

My friend and I had the most welcoming stay at the Manor. The rooms and bathrooms were just beautiful and Fiona was kind enough to tell us the history about the architecture.

Cosy B&B

Fiona and Trevor were friendly and accommodating hosts. Breakfast was included, which had muffins baked daily and a range of muesli, cereals, and fruit. Good location, close to shops and transport (city bound bus)

As a young person I like having technology to switch off after a long day and although the rooms were cosy and well furnished. There wasn't a TV's in the room (minor inconvenience, but helped with a tech detox haha)

We had a fabulous time in Brisbane and were lucky enough to choose Grove Manor as our accommodation. Having never been to Queensland, we had to do our research. Fiona and Trevor own and run Grove Manor with much care and kindness for their guests. Exceptional people with an eye for the minor details that make their guests visit so enjoyable. Public transport, restaurants, cafes, shopping, parks, and the city are all so close and easy to enjoy from Ashgrove. Beautiful home away from home. We'll most definitely be back.

Exceptional

Very nice place, big and clean! I like Trevor and Fiona, the best couple to deal with and talk to - very inviting. Felt like family. Room was awesome - private bathroom and huge wrap around balcony outside! Everything about this place is perfect. Had big doors and windows for air but also an aircon unit.

That I didnt stay longer. Next time
