Not much onsite parking, but ample street parking, so just a short walk across the road

Great location, very close to the beach, rooms facing the ocean on floors 9++ have great views, and with wonderful and accomodating staff.
The place is a quite run down and there's no guaranteed parking.

When is the council going to approve the rebuild or new development, surely it must be coming soon.

The lifts did not work for a day, No hot water on the last day or indeed no water at all
