the rate at which they charge is so expensive compared to the facilities they provide. shabby beds and for hot water you have to call the reception, i have never seen this before at any other place.

The location

Everything else I didnt like about this property. Only upside was the security was very helpful. The restaurant people was so rude. There came a point when they said if you want you can eat here or else you can go anywhere else.

The access cards in the hotel was not working. the hotel staff took the money from us without informing the fact about the card. After asking the hotel staff they said to get adjusted and they cant provide any solution. They said adjusting is the only option left for us. The property was not clean and the rooms were stinking and spider web everywhere.

Hotel should not charge for water. It is ridiculous. I needed extra bottle of water. They brought the bottle of water and said I have to pay for it. It should be available free .

It was nice and clean and easily accessible

There were no proper toiletries in the room. Dental Kit, Toilet paper, Room slippers, etc, were not there in the room. We had to call them up and ask them. They provide a standard water bottle which is inclusive of all taxes, but they ask us to pay a service charge for the water bottle as well.

Its waste of money. They have charged a huge amount in name of King Suite which was not worthy.

Location is good

Attached Bathroom was leaking from floor, There was no dedicated car parking. Light was was fluctuating and staff was not trained for fixing it. One of bathrrom commode flush was leaking continously and due to water flow sound we could not sleep whole night. We paid swveenteen thousand and it was wate of money.
