Disappointed with the stay. Not upto the GRT level.

The location is really nice, walking distance from the lake and market still has amazing views from the restaurant area

The staff behaviour was nowhere close to a 4 or 5 star hotel. Everyone from reception to waiting staff seemed untrained. The trail view room had a disappointing view and an extremely small balcony in comparison to what was shown in the images. We've stayed at GRT wayanad before and it's 100 times better than this

Good overall!

Great location with awesome viewpoint setup! Games and Entertainment options are super great!

The 2-in-1 setup of Restaurant Sky Rocca is a let down! Its not quite accessible for people who stay especially down near the Trails/Pool view blocks, its only accessible and friendly for people who only come to restaurant. There should be a small second restaurant for people who stay! The restaurant also has not so good seating setup for managing peak capacity, guests keep running into each other! Chairs are colourful but not too much space consuming for the space! Maintenance could be better, my room Safe locker wasnt ready and till one evening before I checkout after I followed up twice! Towels werent placed properly.

The best hotel in Yercaud by far!

GReaT trails Yercaud by GRT Hotels far exceeded my expectations, especially after having stayed at other hotels in Yercaud. Sure, it's a bit pricey but it's money well spent for a delightful experience. The staff were amazing and attentive, responding immediately to any feedback, including my comment that the jacuzzi wasn't working (turned out I hadn't turned on the right switch). The room was modern, well-furnished, and comfortable, and had an amazing view. The bed allowed me to have a good night's sleep, and breakfast was satisfying. I was also impressed with the strong Wi-fi network, which was pretty bad during my stays at other Yercaud hotels. I had avoided the hotel in the past because I thought the hotel was too far away from the main town but I was wrong. A brisk walk will get you there in 15-20 minutes. I also liked the little Sky Walk near the restaurant--it's interesting to look down when you're standing on the clear glass parts of the walkway. Overall, a wonderful property with charming staff.

Exceptional

GRT Great trails was among the exceptional hotels that we stayed in . The rooms are lovely , the views are beautiful but what is truly differentiating is the kindness and professionalism displayed by every staff member we interacted with , right from the security guard to front desk to restaurant and room service staff . We had a delightful stay for 3 days and enjoyed every minute . Thank you GRT great trails !
