Location is very good near by the beach and it was so lovely place to stay

The linen bit dirty and I was complaint to the staff and changes with the new one.

Not sure about the value for money. But guess it was over new years

Rooms are nice and cozy. Aircon and fridge work really well.

Bathroom can use some maintenance. Big bottle Drinking water supplied was not mentioned that they charged if used. Anyway. Staff are very nice and helpful.

Pleasant stay.

Central location. Cosy room for short stay. Simple breakfast but quick and easy Shower pressure good. Friendly staff Hotel arranged drivers for transfers Market stalls right at doorstep. A little street/traffic noise but as expected.

We knew there was no pool but regretted that decision after arrival as it was hotter than normal.

Great location for beach and shops.

Awesome location. Helpful and friendly staff.

Expect a bit more for the money we paid. No pool here (as far as I was aware) First room was reasonably loud with traffic- but we requested a quieter room and they moved us to a quiet room.

The location is really decent and I'm really glad I chose Legian as an area, because it's more quiet than the rest and really close to everything somehow in the middle. The room was cleaned everyday, although the hotel is not in the best shape and could use some renovations but it's a good place overall and it didn't really bother me at all. The room we got was kinda small but really quiet and the AC worked really well, so I felt comfortable there. The breakfast was alright.

There was a problem one of the last nights we were there, as we were walking back to the hotel from Legian Food Court, passing through the front of the restaurant which is next to the hotel, I think they might own it, so one guy that was sitting at a table in that restaurant, started to yell at one of us calling horrible names, he walked through the side of the terrace towards the hotel entrance and entered the lobby where he harrased and threatened of us with violence. We asked the hotel to call the police but they seemed they didn't like the idea, they even asked why don't we fight back, also one of the younger guys from the staff, had a rude attitude, after my friend told them to call the police. They said they called the police 3 times and they aren't responding. We couldn't believe that. It was a really awful experience which made me really sad. One of the staff members seemed so dissapointed afterwards that the violent guy, which by the way was shirtless and really massive, left, and so dissapointed that he was about to eat and consume in the restaurant. I really didn't like the way they treated us and didn't feel safe at all. I never wanna feel that way again.
