Good

Clean, nice breakfast. They have rides for the station every 20 mins. Staffs were nice.

Sometimes there were too many people waiting for rides (it depends tho) I could hear noise from other room and it disturbed my sleeping.

Average hotel.. there are much better options in Bangkok

Good area, good food and really nice sauna and jacuzzi

Service is extremely slow and they dont serve alcohol, swimming pool gets to crowded. Rooms look much better in picture, really plain

Comfortable hotel but a bit far from the main Bangkok attractions

Thong Lo is becoming a new social hub. Lots of bars and restaurants. Staff at Grande Centre Point were great. Helpful and efficient.

Its a bit far from Sukhumvit and the tourist areas, but thats all

room was v comfortable and food was excellent. staff friendly and helpful. pool, sauna and steam room were great and free to use

tv channel selection could be better for this grade of hotel but if u hv netflic or other subscription it was possible to use smart tv sharing with our phones to watch

Luxury, clean, provides shuttle to BTS station.

Front desk & bell staff are rude and no effort to assist. Breakfast food has varieties but not as good as other hotels.

Exceptional

A very comfortable stay which makes me feel safe and secure, definitely will be back to stay at again

It is very clean unlike other hotels which I have stayed in Bangkok before. 1)The frontline staff was exceptionally helpful regardless whether it is upon Arrival and Check out. My luggage was 40kg when I check out , the porter was so helpful and helped me with it. Really appreciate their kind and good service. 2) I was trying to cross the road into my of the hotel the traffic marshal helped to raise the red flag and stop the car for us to pass as he knows that as tourists we are not aware of the traffic condition and whether when can we crossed the road safely, hes kind gestures really touched us . 3) The hotel even provide free shuttle Tuk Tuk service to the nearby BTS station which is very nice and great for those solo travellers not taking taxi or grabcars.

Location is abit far from the main shopping area like Pratunam and lack of small eatery but other than these the Hotel is 99% good
