Clean, nice environement, spacious, moto museum.

Clean but to much smell of detergents in a main lobby, no good bread for breakfast, door alarm if not closed - need always to react/check if closed.

Very noisy hotel

- Bed is okay, curtains are opaque, room was large, nice view and balcony - Staff was very friendly and helpful - The hotel is good if you follow the sharia law, otherwise best to avoid.

- lack of respect for sleep and rest, speakers on the corridor are turned at max (you can hear peaking noise) to hear the prayers at 4:00 and 5:00 AM - on booking the hotel reports to have soundproofing, but there is no such thing, noise can be heard from the neighbors, from the outside, and from the speakers - the hotel hosted an event that started Sunday at 6:00 AM and there was constant noise in the morning - no hot water at the sink or the thing at the shower to wash your lower parts; warm water flows only from the shower above - found a cockroach on breakfast bread

t was very nice and sure will choose this hotel next time.

Everything was nice, comfortable hotel, great stafs, delicious foods and close to city center.

wish they will add variety menu of food for foreigner for indonesian traditional menu we have no complain at all.

Superb

It lives up to its name of being a grand hotel.

Its location is excellent, being on the main road and prominently visible. The staff is courtesy personified and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The hotel has a luxurious look and feel about it, despite the modest room rates.

Nothing to say, except to suggest that the bathroom have a shower curtain to avoid it becoming wet.
