Disappointed - expensive and failed to deliver on promise

The location is good and the monorail trip across Tokyo bay was outstanding and the breakfast was good.

It was very expensive for what it was. Rooms were small, hotel was austere and staff not friendly, the bars and restaurants expensive and not welcoming. Price was twice what it should have been. Hotel was grand but lacked atmosphere. We left early because we thought we were not getting any bang for our buck

Honestly it was the best hotel out of 5 that I stayed in during my travel, I am recommending this hotel to anyone who ca

1) The staff were very polite and cooperative. 2) All the facilities were clean and luxurious. 3) The room to be cleaned everyday. 4) The room is big and beds were very comfortable. 5) The requested services from front desk/room services/operators will be implemented ASAP.

It is far from central of Tokyo, so it will cost every time going from Odaiba to another location. Through Yurikamome station you will pay almost +1000 to go to anywhere and come back.

Decent property but quite expensive for what it is

One of the better hotels on Odaiba and well located for plenty of shopping and activities

Expensive for what it is, and breakfast does not start till 7. This is typical for many Japanese hotels but there are no other options nearby that open before 9am Hotel is a bit dated
