Fait stay in Phuket

Clean room, nice staff, good breakfast, near to the beach and the centre

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel, the room was very small, very old and its smelled like mold. The pool is very small considering the hundreds of clients who were accommodated at this hotel. It is not valuable for the money we paid. Considering the many others options of accommodation in Phuket, next time we will choose another hotel.

Location- close to everything, quick access. Staff- Friendly and helpful. Always making efforts to support. Food- good food selection during breakfast.

Lovely stay close to the beach and shops

We stayed in a villa and it was nice and spacious. The private plunge pool was cool too. Multiple bottled water provided each day.

The villas are located at the back of the property so it does take a few mins to walk to the lobby. Not a big deal but not fun when its raining!

Overall I love the location where it is closer to restaurant and shopping

Room was nice with great view of swimming pool, little too small with twin bed. I got used to USA hotel, most of US hotel have either queen or full size even double bed room.

The layout of the hotel, the facility is comprise with several building, however to connect to each other is little inconvenient and the hallway of connecting is low in lightning, dark, my friends were uncomfortable to walk alone to her room at night so I had to walk with her every night.
