Food and facilities are good .

The Aircon in the room was not cold enough though I adjusted the temperature. The bathrobe had a hoke in the back .

Good Hotel for Business Travelers

Rooms were in good condition. A well-equipped gym is available. The Lounge serves good food and serves as a good meeting place.

Breakfast was on the down side. Even though a variety of options were available, it was not that good. The seating arrangements at breakfast is a bit odd. The sinks in the bathroom are oddly placed. The lounges and the facilities (pool and gym) close quite early. It feels as if you are stuck in the hotel; the only way to get out of the building is by car. Other than that, it is a good hotel to be in.

Good

Poor location: there were no shops, no supermarkets, no mall and no restaurants within walking distance. It is only convenient for an exhibition, since the hotel is located very close to the Jakarta International Expo Centre (JIE). The neighbourhood is a residential area.

Everything good and clean.

The staff at reception is not too friendly, the buffet is a mess in the weekend and the food is not very good. The cleaning in the restaurant (chairs and dinning table) is not very good

The reception didnt process the release of the deposit when we checked out and nobody really into resolving this issue after we left. Very bad management.

Superb

Very good stay and enjoyable!

The interiors of the hotel are mindblowing and worthy of instagram pictures. It was so beautiful. Myself and my son stayed here only for 1 night, but the stay was very comfortable and staff were very friendly. It is quite easy to get to the nearby "Kemayoran" commuter train station from this hotel (but not walkable though). Room was very clean, well lit up and comfy.

Breakfast could have more variety, especially for vegetarians like me. There were very limited options for vegetarian food.
