Guests thoroughly enjoyed their stay at the Grand Majestic Hotel Prague, praising the helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. The (Read More) hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city and there were plenty of nearby activities. Guests also praised the cleanliness and safety of the hotel. Very good

Has everything you need in a good location.

Clean, organised. Good selection at breakfast. Helpful with transfers. Close enough to main Old Town. Nice restaurant down the road (La Boca).

Internal bedroom window. Hard to regulate temperature in the bedroom. Would have been nice to have replaced still water each day.

Great cost/profit hotel for short stays

Staff were amazing, very helpful, always smiling and welcoming. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Service all around the hotel was great. Location was very good, 10-15 min walk to old town and 5-10 min from tram stops that can take you basically anywhere. Breakfast was also quite good with many options.

It was very crowded during xmas and new years and that caused some issues with hotel services (you had to wait in line to check-in, to use elevators or to pick-up anything from breakfast buffet. Some things may be finished if you are late). Internet (wifi) was very bad, probably the worst I ever experienced globally. Showering was a nightmare, you can never get the right temperature or the water pressure, water temperature changes awkwardly during your shower into searing hot or freezing cold (you never know when or which)

I like the hotel clean thats why I always book here when I travel

the staff receptionist wasnt good she forced me to checkout at 11 coz she want to give my room to other costumers at least be fair as a paid my stay its not free i paid 2200 euro i use to book on same hotel because i love the local and the hotel itself but this time the receptionist wasnt good it was bad experienced to me

The location is great, a walking distance from all the attractions and shopping areas. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great!

The single beds were a bit too small.

Superb

It's the perfect choice in Prague.

It is a perfect option for staying in Prague. It is not so far from the main attractions, and the room was comfortable. The staff is friendly and kind. And the breakfast is fantastic.

The shampoo in the bathroom finished on the last day. It should be refilled more frequently.
