Location

At check-in we couldn't get the room we booked the lady at the front desk said that room was reserved for Sunday we got the room changed the next day, we also had to pay another resort fee even though I showed her l paid the resort fee through booking.com she said that's nothing to do with them something needs to be done about that

Amazing!

property was beautiful, and quiet. pool was open til 11 and was clean, they had grill area with picnic tables. tiki building to relax under and dock to walk out on. they did have coin laundry services. plenty of dishes, pots, pans and other useful kitchen items. beds were comfortable. large spa bathtub with a walk in shower with a steamer setting.

The paddle boats were full of water and couldnt be used due to the heavy rain the nights prior to our arrival.

I liked how big the places are, and that it has a full kitchen. The lake and grounds are nice as well.

Amazing but

Love the lake and pool and the little deck area off the back of the rooms. And let's not forget the giant jacuzzi tub in the bathroom.wasn't. The full kitchen is amazing, too, especially if you intended on making meals.

I wish they had more food/drink amenities There was one vending machine, but it had soda and candy bars. I had wished there was water bottles but there wasnt.

Great place to stay!!

The bed was surprisingly comfortable!! There were lots of spaces to sit and it was a very clean space, even if it was a tiny bit outdated. It is near EVERYTHING!! The staff was nice and the rooms were well stocked with what we needed. We didn't use the facilities as we were at Disney all day. . So I don't know about them. . .

The only (tiny) l thing was that I took a bath and used the jets in the tub, and there was this gritty sticky film that was created. . I've seen it in hot tubs too. . I think it comes from the jets when they aren't super clean? And I don't know how you would even clean those jets? Regardless, it was really nice to have such a huge tub in there. . Next time I just won't turn the jets on!!
