The hotel is centrally located in the heart of downtown. It is walking distance to China town, Macys, and other shopping destinations. The staff is very polite.

The parking is not complementary. We parked across the street and it was $45 a night.

Great location! The hotel is close to SF Chinatown and parking lot.

Its location was wonderful (Union Square).

The bathroom was not that clean. There were some hairs in the bathtub upon our arrival. In addition, there was no hand soap near the sink

I booked a double room and got a single room with 2 beds for 6 people

I booked a double room at Grand Hyatt San Francisco and only 1 room was reserved. Now I have 6 people in a room with 2 beds. Advertisement at Booking.com lead to this confusion. Speaking with the hotel front desk, I was told this was a problem that could not be resolved, I am very disappointed.

- bathtub wasnt as in the pictures, it was very small and it was impossible to have a bath because the plug wouldnt close so the water would go down the drain - you had to pay 10$ per movie ( extremely old movies), you only had 24 hours to watch the movie not even till the end of your stay and the craziest scam was you could only watch it once and couldnt even rewind it or go back. thats crazy for a hotel that costs that much. oh and there wasnt any options for subtitles either which was extremely dissapointing

Amazing staff, and beautiful, clean rooms.

It was our first time staying at this hotel, and let me tell you the person who helped us check in and out was an absolute angel! I believe her name was Glitzel. She really helped make our experience that much more enjoyable. Very personable, seemed to genuinely care about our stay! I wish I could tell her thank you for the help! The hotel itself was phenomenal. Location is amazing, within walking distance to everything, and the rooms were nice and tidy, and very modern. We would absolutely return back!
