I did not like it at all fraud other the highes order!

I booked a room for an amount on booking up on getting there the hotel changed my credit card each room 1800$ plus the booking fees so I was left with a maxed out credit card of ober 10.000$ and they did not accept cash for maybe expenses but in the end they where Issing it for hotel fees I never heard about in my life of travelling the damm world! Fraud in my opinion! Never will go there ever again thanks no

A lot of money for a horrible experience!

It is a nice hotel, but be aware of all the hidden charges and fees. The balcony doesn't fit a chair, absolutely everything is charged, and additional fees are included for food and drinks. If a drink costs 18 dollars, you will pay 22. A hidden 75 dollars per day per person will be charged on top of whatever you pay through booking. Staff will be waiting for money for absolutely everything, it's really annoying, also get ready to deal with some VERY grumpy people. Service in general is horrible! Even the Starbucks guys are ridiculously rude.

Loud music will be on until late at night. I was on the 15 floor, and I could hear the party downstairs. At 9 AM, the housekeeping will start to knock at your door. The staff is ridiculously grumpy and zero helpful, and the restaurants can be empty but without a reservation you can not get a place to eat.

Good, but not more than that

I liked that the hotel has a lot of facilities from various restaurants and bars, to essential shopping and luxurious brands, as long as casino. I loved the beach - its clean, the sand is white and the water is clear and blue. Rooms look good, the view from the window even for the standard room is amazing. Nature really made my experience in that place

I didnt like it that during my 5-night stay the bedsheets werent changed even once, the bath was always sandy (because I mostly preferred bath to shower), which means that bath wasnt washed either. The prices for EVERYTHING in the hotel are terrifying, especially food. Id be fine with paying more if the food was something amazing, but it was regularly (and sometimes even below regular), so I dont understand where the prices come from, and cant accept the quality is not enough for the price.
