Mixed at breakfast. Tea served with curdled milk twice! Cold coffee.

I like the guy who works at the gate.

Rooms dirty and no towls Stuff at the recipient very rude and disrespectful. Rooms full of mosquitoes. no wifi at all. They rejected us to eat when we paid for our meals, but they said you have only breakfast, Overall, I will never book at this hotel.

Great,brilliant, everything you need

The hotel is big and the gym and Aqua section was a brilliant sauna steam room, swimming pool, the stuff are very friendly from the reception to the service of the room and the Hotel members. The only downside maybe I can find is the price even if its not including breakfast thank you

There is no specific things I didnt like it was brilliant as location and five star hotel. If they can put more restaurant inside would be brilliant as its no near restaurants outside.

Service and Staff are more important and gives 7 star

The location great clean the staff are amazing very professional and helpful smooth checkin with Mr. Mamduh was very very professional . Do not miss the VIP lounge in the 9th floor very good service especially with Mr.Emad night shift and Mr.Aymn in the morning you feel home and sure come back to grand Hyatt

Friendly and comfortable

I always stay here for work. Nice staff, good facilities, like the gym and pool. Good central location if you are doing meetings in different areas. The club room is very handy.

Food menu a bit limited if you are staying for a while.
