classic

location was easy to get to everything the old world charm but the staff at the bar and front desk were exceptional

I wanted to give it 5 stars because most of the staff were great, but air temperature in room difficult to control hard to comment on value for $ these days bc everything has become ridiculously expensive

The location and the concerige, the bell boy.and the staff in the main restaurant 1879 were perfect and the food was exceptional on the Xmas dinner

House keeper, are not near and tidy they arrange the room once, the room service were negligence and not attentive to the orders, Grand brasserie Restaurant the service was awful

Im only love the restaurant was amazing experience food and service

Im really disappointed I booked a room with Gran city view they put me with the view On the Road in the back hotel the staff continuing insisting that was Gran city view as well my room 427 being next to the housekeeping room every day knocking at 9:00 to make the room unceptible I understand the period of Christmas and stressful for the staff but they ruined my experience with the same money I could go to the Riz hotel or the hotel Saker
