Enjoyed our stay - Hotel is highly recommended for hospitality and location

Nice and clean rooms. Great Location and a very good restaurant. Loved the breakfast spread. Helpful staff - exceptional service from Rajesh and others. My 2 kids were down with indigestion and the chef accommodated a request for curd rice for lunch. The chef seems to do a great job - every food item is up to the mark.

WI-FI is very patchy. Toiletries are not replaced without request. They need to do something about mosquitoes - just 1-2 but they do disturb sleep. Plus the ceiling fan is not above the bed. Cost on par with five star but not all facilities like a five star mainly 24 hour room service or a large swimming pool.

Charming, old-world boutique hotel

The property is a charming boutique hotel with old-world charm. The staff were friendly, and the room was large and comfortable. I had a good night's sleep, and a decent breakfast from a reasonable selection of food. There was a lovely pool, too. The location was great, too--in the middle of the French quarters, and close to, but not too close to the beach, which was pretty noisy during the Christmas Eve celebrations. A great experience, overall.

The restaurant didn't have Indian options after 7. I was hoping to have only Indian food while visiting India.

Rooms were good that's the only one good thing about the hotel

One of the worst management to run the hotel. The are not expertised or not having any common sense to take care of their guests. Had horrible with the food

Good location, good room, good breakfast

Central location, close to lots of restaurants; rooms are quite spacious, clean. Breakfast is fine, quality of food is good but selection is not hugely elaborate (this is not a huge five star hotel, so I wouldnt expect that). Diana on Front Office was very helpful and ensured we had any assistance we needed, including car hire for the day.

Nothing, really. Provides a very similar standard to similar (but much more expense) hotels nearby.

Comfortable stay, great service

Excellent service by the staff - front desk & the restaurant, Comfortable stay

No wardrobe in room. I personally prefer rooms which have access to natural light. The room we stayed in had window facing the lobby which was quite narrow. So had to keep the window closed. But this was just a minor inconvenience. Overall an extremely pleasant stay!

Well located in the heart of Whitetown. Friendly staff, big rooms , great food.

Well located in the heart of White town. Generously large rooms. Friendly staff, good breakfast. The restaurant serves a delicious menu. The swimming pool though small, very relaxing.

For a rather expensive hotel, rooms do not have a proper cupboard. TV is distant and too small.
