Quite exceptional, really. The quality of service and staff professionalism combined with excellent position. We shall come back to Florence and I know already I will be booking our stay at this hotel again.

You may argue the hotel looks old, but everything was working fine, so it was merely an esthetic thing

Pros: 1) Arrived early and left luggage. The luggage was handled professionally and delivered to our room. 2) Staff in general was very professional. 3) Room was very clean, bath was large. Cons: 1) room was very small. Barely had a place for the luggage. 2) upstairs neighbors had very loud children, running about and yelling. Sounded like a day care. 3) Breakfast was good but not cosmic. Eggs were cold.

The Adriatico saved us in a bind! It's perfectly lovely and we would recommend staying here!

We arrived in Florence with a big mistake and nowhere to stay, but we were able to book with the Adriatico last minute! They were so accommodating, and if you don't mind walking (which we didn't) it's really in an ideal location just outside the hustle and bustle of the city center.

The hotel overall is a bit dated and the breakfast is your average hotel breakfast. But I will say, it was the most extensive hotel breakfast of our stay in Italy.

Good locations hotel.

Hotels location is very good and convenient where is close to the tram station and walkable to view spots. Room had a good view and quiet. Staffs were helpful.

Shower water was everywhere after shower. bathroom should update and breakfast was limited and simple.
