Overall ambience was good. Loved living there. The linen was clean.

1) the concept of reimagining the hostel.

1) Cleanliness can be improved a bit and bathroom needs renovation. 2) Basic amenities like slippers, towels and sanitary could have been provided. 3) Complementary bottle can be provided which can be used to fill water in return for those who are not carrying bottle. 4) The linen was clean but it was not changed for 3 days I stayed. 5) Mirror missing in room or common areas

Very good

The location is great with restaurants and shops around. Very close to the Majestic (Kempegowda) Bus Stand. The Staff is awesome and any issue or order raised on the app is answered promptly. Housekeeping is great too. The in house cafe gives decent food. The common area amenities and games are great to use and socialise.

I wish the room size was a bit bigger. If someone finds small spaces claustrophobic, then I would suggest avoiding the dormitory and going for the room if the budget permits. There is no proper distinction of work space area - there are work stations or spaces in the common areas, but if you want a quieter space, that might not be easy to have it all the time.
