Great place to take a breather

We got the villa room which was great value for money compared to western prices. Very boutique resort vibe, so it was nice and quiet. You can tell management has a strong focus on upkeep around their grounds. Beachfront also (the villas are set back from the beach however - but only a 2 min walk to the sand).

It's a great location, and a great vibe. People are very nice. There's yoga classes and massages are great. Rooms have low lights and great atmosphere. AC and fan in the room are good and silent.

Obviously, as any hotel in the middle of nature, there's geckos, insects etc So you might find them in your room. The thing I didn't like but it's not a huge deal: the expensive restaurant with very small portions (3 rolls of fried calamari in a portion) and the fact that they refill the shower amenities as opposed to replacing.

The room was very spacious and clean.

The food was quite average, there are some better restaurants nearby. There is no real road to the hotel. It was flooded with rain and hard to get there.

Just what we wanted

Great couples location. Relaxing, time out. Beach was great. Rooms are beautiful.

Food portion sizes were small, especially considering there are local restaurants outside at lower prices and larger portions.

Exceptional place to stay. If I could give it 11 stars I would. Staff were amazing from start to finish - bar staff, manager, cleaning staff were all very friendly, smiley and chatty and couldn't do enough for us. Great place to get away from it all for a while. Beach was lovely and quiet with hardly anyone on it.

Nothing to dislike, just go and enjoy.

Wonderful and unforgettable stay at Good Karma

We had the most wonderful stay at Good Karma. The staff was brilliant and Akila couldnt do more for us. We would recommend this hotel to all nature lovers. Staying at this place you will feel in a total harmony with nature, you will meet different types of birds, monkeys, lizards, dogs, cats. Area around the pool and beach is especially lovely! Morning complimentary yoga classes with Venera were outstanding! Thank you so much again. We will definitely be back. Jason and Alevtina
